5.3 build up for 02 silverado rcsb so i have a 5.3 short block that i wanna build up. so i need some help for internals. I want at least 300hp at wheel or at the fly. i want to add boost later on and am using this for daily driver and take to the track. so any help is awesome.
and help with externals would be awesome to instead of making 2 posts

Try our performance trucks section 300rwhp is easy. I make 350rwhp on my 5.3. I have aem long tube headers, catless 2.5" duals, moroso spiral flow muffs and an mti T1 cam (221/221 .567 112LSA).
A good mild setup that netted me 300rwhp and got 20+mpg was
Long tube headers
CAI
Comp 212/218 .522/.529 114LSA
And a goof tune. Should put you very close to where you wanna be.
