cam for PRC 2.5 LS6 with Vig 3200 Stall?

so guy around where i live has the stage 1's and the MS4. i heard he put down 440hp, 398 tqbut i don't know. then again another guy here says his cam only (custom ground lingenfelter) put down 420hp, 430tq, this i do not believe. i dont know mods really cause i barely know the guy with the MS4 (but witnessed him getting massacred by a local 5.0 with slicks) and the guy with the cam only says he beat the ms4 dude by 3 lengths. again this i dont believe even happened but i could be wrong but i dont believe it. i want the ls6 2.5's at 61cc but not sure if they would fit the MS3 and i dont even know what cam i want to run but i do know that the ls6 2.5 61cc have more compression then the 5.3's. i was told to get these heads by pat g but haven't had him spec a cam.

the ls6 2.5s are much better than the 5.3s... id go with them.. and yes they will clear an ms3, but not an ms4..

my car.... 98 trans am a4.. ms4, vig 4k stall, 410s, 26.5 inch tall tire, longstubes ported 90/90.... car made 384/338 with this setup but when me and my friend ran i was not tuned for gears or intake.. race weight 3250
friends car.... f13, stg 2.5 5.3s, 3500 stall, 373s, 28 in tall tire, mac mids, ls6 intake car made 383/365.. race weight 3325
i jumped him by a good car and a half out of the hole.. 1/4 down the track to 3/4 down the track he makes that up and his nose is about at my back tire.. i trap consistently .1 mph faster than him..
so i jump him, he comes back, and then i start pulling again... he has AWESOME mid range...
i now have heads and a tune though, so my midrange should be a LOT better...

90 degrees outside.
7.5@90...
the red camaro ran 7.7@89...
FWIW... the camaro went back unchanged in 50 degree weather and was running low 7.4s@94... so with what i ran in that video compared to his.. it would put me at 7.2@95... and yes i just bench raced.. haha
