what is the most you mill down a factory 241 casting
PTV clearance is not an issue so please no 2 cents about it

well, ive gone as much as .040 for my own personal motor with no probs.
ive heard even up to .060, but im sure then the intake will have to be milled as well for proper alignment

.050 is about as low as you'll want to go.

If PTV isn't an issue, mill .050 and run a .040 Cometic gasket. Serious compression
