Default anti freeze leaking from head bolt

Anyone know what the cause of anti freeze leaking around the front head bolt would be from? I just got new tsp 5.3 heads installed and im gonna take it back to the shop but there are some other things wrong with some other things i got done too so i'm questioning their work.

It could be a blown head gasket, but the only way to know for sure is remove the cylinder head.

More than likely it's related to improper installation or preparation. It could be very serious, or perhaps that specific bolt wasn't torqued correctly. Either way it's hard to say until you tear it apart. Haved you checked the oil for coolant and how much coolant has the car lost?

No i haven't. I was going to wait for some feedback/troubleshooting before i messed with anything. I'll probly go outside soon and check to see if the bolt wasn't torqued properly and check the oil. Man i'm pissed because now that i think about it i should probably tow the damn thing with the leaking fuel all over the place and the shop is a lil over an hour from my home !

Towing is the smart thing to do. Leaking fuel on a hot engine is never a good thing.

Take a bat with you in case you need to persuade them to see the light.

well there is some little hose that connects to a nipple over the head bolt so maybe thats were the coolant is coming from but i thoughtthat was some sort of vacuum and maybe the fuel is coming from the fuel rail and dripping. oh well guess i'll find out soon enough.

Yeah i might just have to bring a baseball bat!

That's the coolant cross over line that bolts to the heads. If that's leaking, remove it to make sure the small spacer/grommet is installed and retighten it. That would be good news.

Check the injectors where they are attached to the fuel rail. It could be a pinched o-ring, which could be the problem. Also check to make sure the fuel rail/injector assembly is properly seating into the intake itself.
