Default Head and cam swap?
How many of you guys put new lifters and hardend pushrods when swaping cams. My car has 28,000 miles and I am upgrading to Absolute Stage II 5.3 heads with Dual springs and thinking about Tr 230/224 Cam. Any info would be great.

Your lifters should be fine I just went with the hardened push rods when I did mine.
