Harmonic balancer how do you remove it? as I try to loosen it turns as well. How do you keep the ballancer from moving.

Easiest way is to get a small impact to remove the bolt and use a 3 jaw puller to pull it off of the crank. If you dont have a 3 jaw puller you can rent one from autozone, pay em the $40 and when you are done return it and get your money back.
If you cant get an impact in there try putting the trans in gear.
