2nd motor h/c little n2o Rod bolt broke at 6500 RPMs. It was nasty! 13k miles
3rd motor h/c 5k miles spun rod bearing
First 2 where stock replacements but the 3rd was a rebuild with aftermarket stuff exept rods.

And for the record, that would be GM's fault, not mine.

2) Snapped a timing chain and bent all the intake valves in a built 346ci motor.
Aftermarket fuel pump went bad, went lean at the track spraying a dry 100 shot. Pretty gnarly looking... piston and combustion chamber looked like they were attacked by a dozen steel-beaked woodpeckers.
