Default Stroker Build Progress Pics

So far, so good......

What fun it was grinding the Total Seal piston rings for the Diamond Pro-Race cans....my thumbs were tender for a week.

I plastigaged the crank rod journals, and installed main bearings & caps. ARP studs used for main bearing caps.

The Callies 6.125" H-Beams also use ARP fasteners. All rod bolts measured between .005 and .0055 bolt stretch, which equals stupid amounts of torque.

After I got the bare block back from the machine shop, I installed Clevite coated cam bearings. It took about 5 hours, but hey, it was my 1st time, and I didn't want to scratch any of the bearings. I didn't. The OTC cam bearing installation/removal tool made the job a piece of cake.

Next up, degreeing in the cam.
