Default How much to mill ETP 245's

My current compression is at around 8.75:1, with the 72cc ETP 245 heads. I had all the info on the motor build, and thats what the number that we came up with. Problem is that I dont have that info anymore.
I was told by a reputable tuner to raise the compresion to around 9.6:1. At what cc would I need the heads at to get them to around a 9.6:1 CR on my setup? I was told either 62cc or 64cc, but he wasn't positive. I am sure one of you guys has some time formula that can figure this out for me. Thanks!

I've always thought the general rule was .005" = 1cc..
