Default Periodic stall - 150 miles after c1 install

Up front.... i have not had it tuned (waiting for headers) & i have not yet drilled my throttle body (should i ?)...i didn't think i needed to for a m6 with a 222/222 .566/.566 cam. The car runs (or i should say has run) fine especially after the 80 or so mile computer re-learn(prior to that it stalled in reverse a few times when hot)....anyway idle quality improved after the 80/90 miles and the stalling stopped (although it would occasionally hunt at idle)...but on my way home tonight the car stalled at every light(3)....it never did that before....i now have 150 miles on the cam.
Any thoughts?

I had to drill my TB to get to idle correctly. I had the C1 cam. I cant remember how big the hole was drilled.

I'd say it's a tuning issue, but I wouldn't call it an issue. I think no matter what people say, every cam needs tuning. A friend with a Hawk put a TR220 in his A4 and the car idled at 600 and ran like crap. It started hard when warm and I don't think he drilled out his TB yet. He goes in for tuning the 3rd. I'd be floored if they couldn't nail it.
Anyone else chime in here? 2 responses on this forum is a shock. Nobody else had tuning issues with a cam? I guess if you aren't disputing dynos and blasting vendors, nobody wants to post.

Don't drill the TB. It's unnecessary. Is this happening with the A/C on? Until I got mine tuned, I had periodic stalling issues, too. After tuning, all is good. Idle is set to 900 A/C on and off. Get tuning and you'll be set.

sometimes its the Idle Air Control(IAC's) proper tuning will fix that.

A/C off...it will also stall out on the freeway if i engage the clutch...Its periodic & only happens 10 minutes after start of driving. I let the car warm up for a while before i took it out yesterday & it still stalled when coming to a stop a few times. This is a recent problem occurring only after i put 150 + miles on the cam(?)but it seems to 100% correct itself after 4-5 clutch engagements. Imma get the tuning after i get my longtubes and get them put on...i'm sure that will fix it, love the cam though.
