That's a great price for a 6 bolt head. Are these 15* heads or are the valve angles altered? On the .700 lift springs are they still a 1.290-1.300ish spring diameter? What springs are they?

EDIT: I also noticed that you have the 215cc head on your site twice. I'm guessing that one of them was meant to be the 227cc since you have the 237cc head on there.

Double Edit: If I wanted to set these up with adjustable rockers would they necesitate a special rocker or could I use an off the shelf T&D, Jesel, Comp, etc...?

Working on checking several different aftermarket rockers, I'll let you know. I would seriously doubt the standard aftermarket rockers wouldn't fit. The new valve spring is a little bit larger than the standard 1.29" springs we're use to seeing, but it's big heavy valve friendly so the LS7/LS3 guys should be really happy!!

I'm guessing that since it's possible(though not recommended) to use the stock rocker arms that the valve angle has not been changed from stock. I'm curious to see the answer of this question myself.

ET 11 degree heads also can use stock rockers. The thing is valve guide wear is increased with stock rockers. The reason we went closer 13 degrees is it still allows us a reasonable valve length for weight issues, yet it helped to free up needed p/v so we can offer smaller chambers to those big camshaft guys!!

The cylinder head isn't limited to 13 degrees though, we have options to change this up down the road if we decide to go a different direction.

Not it's a traditional style port.

Cathedral is the "old style" ports that you can use the FAST intakes on. LS3/LS7 and such are rectangular/square ports.

These heads work very well with a ported FAST

Texas Speed: I tried asking a few questions on the phone earlier but didnt have all the info I was looking for.

A few questions:

1) Flow sheet for the 215cc and 227cc heads?

2) Alot of people looking to run the 237cc version will be doing so on a 4.125"+ bore builds. Can you flow these on a larger bore and put out a flow sheet?

3) Can you give the open/close seat pressure and spring diameter on the .700 lift spring setup?

4) Whats the valve diameter/specs standard? Will these accept only your valves or will they work with a standard LS1 spec intake/exhaust valve in the correct diameter. (If I am wanting to source custom valves for say an Inconel setup etc)

3) Can you give the open/close seat pressure and spring diameter on the .700 lift spring setup? These will be very close to the final specs. We are expecting a truck load shipment of the springs today! 160# @ 1.850" and 435# @ 1.150". Coil bind ~ 1.100".

4) Whats the valve diameter/specs standard? Will these accept only your valves or will they work with a standard LS1 spec intake/exhaust valve in the correct diameter. (If I am wanting to source custom valves for say an Inconel setup etc) 1.351" OD of outer spring, .726" ID of inner spring
Hope that helps you, Jim!
