EGR: Remove the pump and tubes, block off the hole in the manifold and the intake
AIR: Disconnect the AIR pump (remove it for weight savings), and block off the hole in the lid.

Both of these will set the SES light though, so you'll need to disable them in the PCM as well (which any tuner should be able to do for you)
