Default How much power will I make?

Going to be doing my head cam swap in feb in my 02 z06.

ported ls6 heads with dual spring kit.
mti v1 cam 230/232 .592/.595 111lsa
cometic .040 head gaskets/gm gasket kit
dynatech/ hi flow cats/xpipe/slploudmouths
melling oil pump
sv0 30's
ls2 timing chain
160 thermastat
rps twin friction clutch/flywheel


looking to make 430+ don't want to do the intake or throttle body yet think I can get there?

I think that combo will get you there. That cam is very similar to an F13 cam. My buddy has one in an A4 WS6 and it runs VERY well. Not for sure; but I think you will probably want to fly cut if you run the .040 gaskets. It would be close if not. Who's gonna be porting the heads?

they are already ported don't know by who i will have all the papers on them soon. i was told i won't have to flycut but i may just go stock size headgaskets to be safe.

have all the parts now went with dynatech headers insted of the lg streets.

depending how nice your ported ls6 heads are anywhere from 430-460 i say..

ok just bought a rps twin friction clutch/flywheel like 36lbs sweet maybe that will get me to 450whp area!

The cam alone with headers would get me 410-420

02 z06 can make 410 with mid sized cam and headers all day!

not to bad yourself what kind of numbers did you make with that cam? I like my cam it make gobs of torque! Can't wait for my tax return! I have all the parts just sitting around need to get them installed!

More aggressive than my cam and ported heads, I say 430-460rwhp/410-420rwtq.
