Default Arp Rod and Main bolts

I have a 150k mile motor on an engine stand about to go in. Would it help at all if I put ARP rod and main bolts in? Do I have to measure anything? What else would you do to help out the motor???

Honestly, It's got 150k on it. If I was going to do anything it would include bearings and rings at a minimum. If you're not going to do that I'd just go with what you have and save my money for later.

rebuild it. not that expensive. itll cost about 500 in parts or so depending on what u want to go with and it will prevent it from becoming a 2000 dollar mistake
