Default LS dipsticks

Looking for some information on LS series dipsticks. Who is the person or company to contact about all the different lenghts of dipstick tubes. We are getting more tech calls about the dipsticks we manufacture. We are getting most of our calls in referance to the lenght of the inner wire Any info would be helpful. Thank you

At this time we produce an LS1 flexable engine dipstick 1997 & later. The R&D was done on a 98 Camaro. We are seeing more & more dipsticks that are the same on the outer tube but have much longer inner rods. I was looking for some more info on what years are interchangeable. The current dipstick we produce measures 4 1/8" from the area it seats against the block to the full mark. Any other info would be helpfull. Thanks

Could it be the difference between the f-body and corvette oil pan?
