Lift means nothing concerning PTV clearance.

I milled the 5.3 heads 0.020" on my LQ4 with cam 224/236 .609 .607 111 +2, the exhaust only had about 0.010" clearance. Now the valves are the oversized version that TSP used to sell with the prc 2.5 heads. I had to put eyebrows in the perimeter of the piston to clear. This was with stock gasket thickness.
