Default Engine builders...what pistons???

Ok, I'm going to be building my motor soon but I am unsure of which pistons to go with. I plan on spraying it with a 150-250 shot as well, not right off the bat but once I get everything broken in and all the bugs out of it. The set-up will consist of MS4 cam, Trick Flow 215 heads (not decked), aftermarket pistons, stock rods and I'd like to up the compression without decking the heads. What kind of vavle reliefs should I go for in what brand of piston? I'd like to be at 11.0-11.5:1 compression, or should I just go with a dished piston with a thin head gasket? Just want to get some good ideas, I'm not sure, which is the way to go???
Thanks in advance!!

Sorry about that, stock displacement, and 64cc chambers. Why shouldnt I spray more than a 150 shot with that cam?
Thanks.
