Default Not Sure.... Need Help

Hey guys,
02 Z w/ 118,000 mi 6spd, relatively stock (Headers, intake, exhaust... catch can) SES light blinked (PO307 #7 misfire) Changed coil, plug, wire, Crankshaft position sensor, both o2's, tested injector, sprayed started fluid around intake to check for vacuum leaks, plug not fouled. Runs well, can only realize something is wrong in 5th or 6th gear under load between 1100 and 1500 rpm if I punch it, it feels like it shutters and the light blinks. To make matters worse there is this creamy light peanut butter looking gooey **** filling up my catch can. Don't think water/oil are mixing, doesnt smell like it, no overheating, coolant level fine. Where should I start.... Is PO307 really the "death code" Thanks
