not sure on the power it would make. its not a big cam so don't expect huge gains. but there will definatly be gains. if your planning on staying with a stock exhaust i would say 98% won't be able to tell it has a cam.

well it should be a very smooth idleing cam so rattling shouldn't be an issue but if it is some poly motor mounts should take care of it. as far as springs off hand i don't remember the exact spec for that cam but if i remember correctly it has pretty good amount of lift and aggresive lobes. so your gonna need a high lift high quality spring, i always suggest patriot dual gold springs. that what i run on my vindicator cam and its considered very aggresive.

Here Thunder Racing Custom Camshaft
This should do ya

"CheaTR" - 214/230 .601/.575 117 LSA. Off Idle-6800 RPM Power Band. Broad power range. Works well with stock exhaust manifolds and catalytic converters. Stock like idle. Minor tuning required on automatic transmission cars. Responds very well to nitrous. Due to the fast ramp rate of this camshaft, the use of 1.8 rockers is not recommended. Double valve springs and titanium retainers required for this cam. $399.99

99-TR-CHEATRLS2-CAM Thunder Racing Custom Camshaft
"LS2 CheaTR" - 215/230 .629/.592 117 LSA. Comp 921 Valve Springs are highly recommended
