Default milling heads with GT2-3 cam

i am posting the question for a friend. He is putting a LPE GT2-3 cam in his '01 WS6. He has home ported 5.3L heads that he wants to mill using stock gaskets. I did a search and found a bunch use 58cc or even 57cc chambers and are ok running 93 octane. Would the DCR be ok with this cam?

GT2-3 spec's are: 207/220 .571/.578 118.5 CL
