035 LQ9 heads

I just saw on a web site that quoted that the " LQ9 035 GM castings will
drop compression from 10:1 to 9:1 " I always thought that the LQ9's dropped
the compression to 9.5:1 Can anyone tell me what the story is about these heads? I appreciate it. The search i did said they drop compression 1/2 a point, but after what i read on another site i'm unsure now.

Can someone please help me out with this? i was always under the inpression that
the 035 castings dropped compression to 9.5:1 . Is this the case?

I checked the math and it seems that what i read years ago is true that LQ9/LQ4
heads do drop compression to around 1/2 a point.

Maybe that company opened the chambers up more.
