compression ratio ?
compression ratio ? If I was to take a ls1 383 short block and put my 72cc LQ9 Heads on it what would the compression ratio be? I believe on my stock ls1 short block I was told the lq9 heads would drop the compression from 10.1:1 to around 9.6:1.
I'll have to find out the piston to deck clearance. Not sure on the head gasket, it's going to be a turbo application so I want one that will hold up and give me a little lower compression.
