Yes they are, we've used the 205 and 225 as cast with good results, and the AFR 205 and 225's. We are getting ready to build a 434 lsx with a big turbo for a 70 camaro and are debating on trying these or possibly the new AFR 240 head when it comes out. I was trying to get a feel for what people have done with these, I guess I'll call dart an see if they can put me in touch with someone that is actually using them.
