Default a little help plz

ive decided to throw some p&p 241s on my lq9. i know these arent the popular heads to put on but im getting them dirt cheap, less than $500. and i figure they should be comparable to 5.3s. so anyway, the heads will come bare and my question is what all will i need to complete the swap. i already have head gaskets(gm), head bolts(gm), coolant, and oil. ill be swapping over my 918s, stock retainers, stock valves, and stock rockers from my 317s. should i go ahead and reuse the stock valve locks? or maybe get some comp. 7' locks, theyre pretty cheap. also i know ill need valve stem seals. should i get gm? this is all i have so far. are there any other items ive missed? also what size camber should i mill to, to get around 11:1 comp. w/ stock gaskets? thanks in advance guys.

also ill be taking the truck to vengance for a street tune after install and to the local track after the tune. ill offer up a crisp new $20 to the closest guess on hp/tq and 1/4 mi et. and trap.

heres info for the guessing game. 2003 silvy ss(awd) 6.0 p&p 241s, 220/224 .581 112, 44#ers, ported tb, cai, lts, true dual magnas, tune, and a tbtc. NO tranny work ill wait til the stock dumps and build one.

For that kind of money you could do 243's, The super 7's wont fit into the stock retainers so unless you do Titanium retainers Id just use the stock locks.
