Default Oil leaking from header flange?

While under my car I noticed some oil drops under the drivers and pass. side header flange where they bolt up to the head. The car doesnt smoke while running, except your normal blow out under high rpm runs. Im have a catch can pcv valve setup on my car, but with my current heads and cam setup I am running close to 12.5:1 compression, I am wondering if I need to put a breather on it to help relieve crankcase pressure. The motor was stock up until about 95k when I did the heads and cam, it now has 100k so I am sure the motor is in good cond. I really belive it is some kind of blow-by. Any advice would be great on this matter.

If you don't have your valve covers lined up just right they will leak.

well the leak would be under the valve covers bc gravity pulls it down....
