I'm looking for something new.. Right now all I have is a magnaflow catback.. thinking about an off road y.. Kinda wondering which to get.. not looking to spend a fortune but if its worth it i'll consider it, i've got a little money to spend.. But if I can save for other areas of the car, even better.
Eventually I want to go with CME tips.. but that's going to wait. Any suggestions for an off road y? Right now everything besides the catback is stock (exhaust-wise). Don't think i wanna go with headers right now, install would suck....

really? I heard the 01-02 headers were...decent. But i know the stock y sucks.
I guess you guys are right either way. I just dont want to pull the engine to install or anything like that right now. It's a daily driver at this point.. What would you guys recommend? I want to go with CME tips eventually like I said. True duals maybe, if I had clearance. That's somewhat whats putting everything at a hold. Oh well, either way I'm doing something to the car. Thanks for the suggestions guys

you can do headers in a day easily. you will need to jack the car up like 2 ft off the ground to get them in through the bottom. as for a y pipe. i would get some 3" mandrel pipe and a flowmaster merge and a electric cutout. keep your exhuast .

Oh ok.. I didn't think they would go in from the bottom that easily.. I figured it would still be a bitch...(Well, i'm sure it still isnt easy..) But I've got a friend with a lift I might be able to use.. That'll make it a lot easier. Now I just need to go exhaust shopping.
