will these work? i found these springs on summit and i was wondering if they will work with a ms4 cam in a 6.0L engine?

The short answer is no. You really should just go with the PRC or Patriot Extreme duals. By the time you get retainers, seats, and stem seals to make those other springs work it will cost you more.
