oil on spark plug?
Take out a sprke plug (maybe #8 or #6) and do a leakdown test, if it reads too high your rings arn't sealing.
Or
Take off a valve cover and remove an intake valve spring (with the spark plug out and cylinder full of compressed air) then give the valve stem a wriggle if it moves your guides are most likely stuffed.
Or
Take off your intake and have a look down the intake ports if there is oil pooling around the closed valves most likely your guides are worn out.
Other than that just take your heads off and have a good gander at everything.
Having NO2 on your motor would have placed considerable pressure on your rings and may have caused premature problems also if you had some even slight detonation with this set up you could have broken a ring.
