Default MS3 and low compression

Hey Everyone.

Lost the deal i had on a set of CNC LS6 heads, so im stuck with 317 casting heads on my LQ4 shortblock.

If i run these heads ill be around 9.5:1 compression.

How will the MS3 cam respond to this?

Thanks!

You really need to bump the compression up to run that cam. It's gonna be lazy until the upper RPM's. The stock compression on the LQ4 is actually more like 9.3:1 and the DCR with the MS3 is gonna be around 6.9. You would be better off with a set of stock LS1 heads.
