engine part selection
engine part selection hey, I've got a 2001 5.3 liter. My plan is to put 3.809 pistons for the 4.8 liter because they're supposed to be flat tops. I've got 706 heads with ls6 springs and stock rocker arms which are getting backcut valves, maybe 2.00" intake, and a slight mill if neccesarry. my concern is that i bought a tr224 114 for it. Can anybody offer any incite on whether or not I'll have piston to valve issues. Oh by the way this motor's going in a 89 240 sx with headers, the truck intake, and f-body accessories. I'm hopin for a quick budget car, so far I'm at about $2300 including the car.
