Tsp 224/228 113+1 I have picked up one of these cams from a friend of mine it has .595/.595 lift but cant seem to find any further specs on it? Can anyone tell me what lobes this cam is ground on? Im putting it in my daily driven 383 to get some better street manners and economy from the 232/238 thats in it now.

See if there is a serial number on the rear side of them cam. I dont know if Texas Speed does that but Thunder Racing grinds a serial number on the rear side of the cam. You can call them and get all the specs by giving them the serial number.
Which is why I said check the lobes with a dial indicartor or mic. Many times what people think they have is not what they really have. He obviously doesn't have the cam card or he wouldn't be asking what he has. TSP uses a lot of Comp XER lobes on their cams in that duration range.

Theres no numbers on either end of the cam, I just cant seem to find which lobes they have used , I have looked through all the comp lobes and cant find anything they match up to.

Sounds like one of ED's cams from Flow Tech Induction. You can get ahold of him on hardcorels1.com or call his shop. I'm not sure what lobes he uses but they might be a ford lobe that he put on the ls1 cam core.
