How to remove ASP Pulley
Well some idiot when we were installing the motor, broke off a bolt in one of the holes that the ASP puller connects to. Can you remove it by pulling from the outside with another style puller? I don't have the car here so I can't look and see exactly what the pulley looks like. Thanks.

Hmmm, if that doesn't work it sounds like it'll be a nightmare. You could drill out the bolt, drill a bigger hole, helicoil it and then use a different size bolt in the puller for that hole.
How did they break the bolt off?

I think for some reason, they installed the pulley, but then decided to take it off. So they started pulling it but broke the bolt off in the pulley. I'll have to look at the pulley again later and see what it looks like. It's been forever since I've seen it. I was just thinking about a cam swap and thought about it. I guess I could retap it though if I have to.

Every time I've pulled an ASP pulley off (at least a dozen) I've used the normal 3 jaw puller. You can pull from the ridge between the AC belt grooves and the main belt grooves. Works perfect every time.
