correct rod bolts for 5.3? I have a stock 99 5.3 and I am wanting to upgrade the rod bolts. Are these the correct bolts?

Do you think it would be necessary to upgrade these if I am only spinning the engine to around 6500? I was building a junkyard turbo setup and was just curious.
