Default newbie needs help ls1 build

need speed and want a good sound! I got a 2000 ss camaro, T56 trans. I would like to get the top end done. I want around 450hp to the rear tires. I thinking about cam, heads, intake,& throttle body. Not sure what combo would give me that. I still want to be able to drive it down the main drag in town. I already got little things done like SLP lid, sub frame connectors, shock tower brace, mid length headers and borla exhast, no cats. I have ran it down the drag strip twice and only got high 13's. Need help to find best combo package. Got around 5G's to do this. Is it possible?

You're gonna need a good set of heads, a FAST intake, and I would go with a custom cam by Pred-Z, Pat-G or Ed Curtis.

Heads - ~$2000 for a used set
Intake and tb - ~$1200
Custom cam - $450ish

Here is a realistic budget...every bit of $5,000

TFS 215 heads milled by TEA $2400
Custom Cam by TEA $375
LS7 Lifters & LS2 Trays $165
FAST Intake Ported by TEA $1000
Ported LS2 Throttle Body $400
Timing Chain $120
Roller Rockers $425
Pushrods $120
ARP Head Bolts $110
Gaskets & Fluids $200
Melling Oil Pump $115
Underdrive Pulley/Belts $250

This is assuming all new parts and some are considered optional. The only ones I consider optional are oil pump & underdrive pulley.

this looks like a good starting point, but i would consider the roller rockers optional and the oil pump mandatory. I think a Nick Williams Throttle Body would be better, and cheaper too.
