i got 2 sets of felpro from autozone and i plan on using 16 exhaust seals on all of them cus thunder told me to do that. hope that is well.

Which ones are the exhaust seals again black or brown?

I hope that is just a valve seal spring. That is not too bad to fix.

Yeah, that's what it is. Patriot does use GM ones. The brown ones I think, for the exhaust but on the intake too.

Valve seals aren't a big deal though.

wow this sounds exactly like me!! cept i had a six speed lol.. waited for like 4 months (atleast) on a trans rebuild, got it back together and drove it 400 miles, spun rod bearing, then after a few more months threw some junk together to get it running, and had a rod cap walk and spun another bearing first day car was back out now couple months later i am building a 6.0 for mine lol.. simular story huh??.. anyways thats gotta be one of the funniest names for a thread lol.. sorry for your luck!! oh and dgraboyes gah that knock sounds terrible!! alot worse than the ones i had one was a random knock on mine and the other was a loud screech!
