Exclamation Cam decision...final!

OK so as soon as I can get my mx bike sold I am ordering a cam officially along with all the supporting parts. Now I've been planning on getting the polluter from Tick perf. however I want some second opinions and if there might be something better for my application. Car has all parts in sig as well as a cutout and will have an ls6 intake on a micky thompson DR. Now my goals for the car is to drive it on the street as a semi DD but not as much as past seasons. The car is gonna be used as a grudge car and mostly see street action with a track visit once a month. Now all this said I'd like to get as close to 400whp as possible but am not extremely concerned with numbers more performance in the racing aspect. So all this said what do you guys think would be the best cam for me??? Is the polluter the right choice or should i go a little bigger to an ms4....or even something differet?? all opinions are welcome and let me know if ur interested in an mx bike as this isnt happening till its sold! Thanks in advance guys.

I say if you do it, you might as well get an underdrive pulley as well at the same time, and maybe an EWP. **** it just save up for heads too lol, might as well save now cuz you know your going to want it later too. At least that's the decision I made, now I gotta save again!

If this is will be your first encounter with an aftermarket cam I would definitely go with something smaller. If you've driven other stalled and big cammed auto's then go for it. But if all your ducks are in a row you could run 11's all day with a low 230's cam.

if it is for drag racing i would go slightly smaller like the MS3. If it is for roll racing then i would probably choose polluter. But i only say that becasue it sounds like you want a monster cam. You could try the 236/236 XFI cam that Pred spec'd for stock ls1's. Noone has tried that one yet. Also make sure you do the pully at the same time. Its worth another 5-10hp all across the curve

I've been considering the predZ spec'd 236/236 as an upgrade

talk to pred and patrick G, talk to TSP and geoff @ TR, don't go by name (polluter ... terrible name, might be a great cam, don't know)
look at real world results and not just dyno

the numbers for the polluter cam is 242/244-610/612, my car made 396 to the wheels with stock heads and ls6 intake. and it is a dd car. havnt had a stall put in yet and the car is still fun to drive.

First thing i did after psoting this was pm patrick G so I'm thinking that I will have him spec me out a cam. Otherwise I will msot likely try outt he polluter. I'm not to worried about the driveability as my main concern is the car is as fast int he quarter as possible since it will be raced almost every weeknd. anyone else have suggetions? thanks for all the support so far I'm def gonna look into some diff options before buying something now.
