Smoked the #7 piston and spun two bearing, #5 and #6; those bearing were fused to the rods and wouldn't come off. The crank is now a paperweight and the block needs a new sleeve

I need to get the rest of the pictures. These are only half the damage.

Total damage of the LS3:
1 broken in half valve
1 busted lifter, all the rest apear worn
3 bent valves
1 missing piston
1 piston broken off the rod
2 bent rods
1 spun bearning
2 cylinder sleeves with lots of chunks missing
cracked block
camshaft scored on a few lobes
both heads need lots of work
windage tray bent
Crank scored up
Oil pump burnt up

It also put a hairline crack in the block in the cylinder sleeve there too on the stock LS1, but I have no picture of that.

Happened to notice that beauty after tearing apart the top end to check things out after my LS6 intake manifold blew up:

Currently workin on putting together a 370 iron block with BBK manifold... Hopefully I won't have any carnage pics from this. That **** gets expensive!

The best carnage I've ever seen was from Brad8266 where it ripped the front corner of the block off.

Cept mine will have lower compression, AFR 225 heads, and an F1 blower on it lol.
