Default 99-00 iron 6.0Ls with iron heads, crank different length, what transmission?

I am looking at buying one of these engines, it has iron heads so i am assuming it also has the longer crank to mate to the 4l80e. This would mean i could use a standard SBC transmission like the 700r4 or TH400 without the spacer correct? Would this also mean that i would have to use an LT1 T56 or any sort of SBC transmission without clutch issuses?

Would i have to run an LS1 flywheel, with lt1 clutch? Or ls1 pressure plate and flywheel with lt1 clutch disk?

Truck starter, flat flexplate, and any sbc style tranny.

So since any of the sbc transmissions will fit any ls block I assume your refuring to using a sbc style converter?
