How to build more torque?

How to build more torque? Right now I am at 370ibs of torque. I am a cam only with stock 241 heads. How can I build up my torque. Fast intake and AFR Heads. What do u guys recommend?

or cheat....build a lighter drivetrain...you'll get less paracitic loss which equates to more at the pavement.
not that i have any business giving info compared to Stroker and Predator....
but some AFR 205s milled as much as you can and still run your cam and pump gas.
the FAST wouldn't hurt..i know i picked up torque with mine.

Custom cam with the right valve events and small runner heads with plenty velocity and a good amount of compression.
Choose two out of those three ideas. Guess which two.
