Default doing top end assembly. what do i use break in lube on?

so i'm doing a cam swap on my used lq4 longblock. i have the heads off everything cleaned up putting in a new cam pushrods oil pump timing chain all at the same time but am wondering what i should put some break in lube on?
should i lube up the whole cam run some oil down the pushrods?
what about the rockers, lifters and chain? do those need any pre lubricant? and what kind of lube should be used? thanks for the help,

jeremy

I cant think of everything off the top of my head, but I would use assembly lube on both ends of the push rods, and valve tips. This should be in addition to letting the lifters soak a while in oil.
