97 Vette; Replacing my original harmonic balancer with a new balancer off a crate engine. The original balancer has no weights while the new balancer has one. I should remove the weight from the new balancer, correct? The new balancer is on the car so do I have to drill out the weight or can I just knock it out from the front with a punch?

 

thats weird. our motors are internally balanced so the balancer has to be true all the way aorund. why not just get a asp or slp or something?
