I would upgrade the rod bolts on any modded motor, especially if you're going to be turning that high of RPM. It's just cheap insurance.

i had the ms4 in my 99 z28. cam only with bolt ons with the stock ls1 intake. i had a 3200 stall and 12 bolt with 373 gears. i did not touch the rod bolts and never had an issue. it ran 12 sec all motor in the 1/4. i wouldnt worry about them i reved mine to 6800 easyily

Good luck taking it past 6800 with the ls6 intake. my set up starts to fall off after 6500ish. I shift right at 6700 and the rev limiter is set at 6800. I have tsp stage 2 ls6 heads milled a bit; fly cut, ls6 intake, arp head studs and an ms4. Bottom end is stock 02. Made 420 on a stick mustang.

i ran a ms4 only on my z06 for a year - when it was tuned revlimiter was cranked up to 7k - no probs, granted i wasn't at track ever, but plenty of "spirited" runs

dude you may have taken it past 6800 but it wont last very long if you keep it up. i wouldnt even suggest revving a stock bottom end past 6500 anyway. the intake and runner volume isnt really sufficient for anything higher. i mean you can rev there but it's not building so why waste the gas? your mill is a 200 which means it has the weaker bolts which are prone to elongation. here's a suggestion for ya. take you oil pan, and windage tray out and look at the bolts. they should all be within sight and easily replaced. if you are not gifted with dexterity then you could always take out the motor mount bolts and jack the motor a couple inches. anyway take out one of the bolts and measure them. if they have elongated more than .001" you WILL spin a bearing very soon. who knows when though. it would be cheap insurance to swap out to a set of ARP pro series rod bolts. you can install them in an afternoon and they are only a hundred bux. you'll be wishing you did when you start hearing a "ching ching" noise after one of your spirited hero pulls.

Have the MS4 with a Fast90. I take it up to 6800 when I run at the track. Still have the stock rod bolts in there.

ARP rod bolts here. MSD will be set to 8k rev limit, with shifts coming as power dictates.

I guess I should have added a bit more info about our setup. Ported 853s here with a single plane and an 870cfm APD carb. Hence the MSD.
