Default Caddy lifter pre-load?

I've searched and only been able to find 1 thread about this subject and it wasn't concrete. What's the recommended pre-load on the Caddy racing lifters? Also, what would be a good variety of shim thicknesses to get to setup the wipe pattern on the HS rocker arms? Thanks for any help!

For anyone who finds this through search: Caddy lifter preload .080>.100 and Mcmaster-Carr for the shims. Thanks to Predator-Z for the info!
