440 would probably be max.

you'll need something in the 23Xs, with GOOD heads and a ported FAST 92 intake for that goal.
The heads dont have to be that great, check my sig for proof.

Thats close to what the OP would need to get the numbers he wants. Im just saying AFRs or Trick FLows are not required for good numbers and drivability, but they certainly dont hurt if you have the cash.

Those are nice numbers for that setup, but from what im gathering between the multiple threads the OP wants 450-470rwhp 440rwtq and heads for his 7.350 pushrods.

if you absolutely want 450+ hp....you're gonna need to go bigger.

sure some guy, somewhere, at some point, with generous dyno put down 475rwhp with a small cam and stage 1 heads...through an auto, and a ford 9"....

while the rest of the LSx comunity seems to be lucky to break 420rwhp with the same setup.

so are you gonna use the exception or the norm to establish what your built is going to consist of.

if you like how your cam runs....put GOOD heads on it and pay attention to detail. odds are it will make good power, and you'll be happy....for now
Good advice.

Are you saying he wont make the power with a H/C set up, or just with his cam and a better set of heads?

He definately does not need more cubes of forced induction, but 98TA6.0 does have a good point. It will be more streetable and leass "peaky" with either more cubes or forced induction. BUT that gets away from what the OP wants to do, and probably is out of his current budget too.

Your heads my not get the best "reviews" but hey are still a pretty good head compared to stock and some decent numbers can be made.
