Everyone assumes thier "porting" is always good, and is a cheap route.

I highly doubt anyone with any skill will do anything for $200. If the porter happens to be skilled, they will only do touch ups for $200. Ask Tony Mamo to port your intake, see what he will do for $200. You'll get a thorough cleaning of the intake and return shipping, that will cost $50-80 alone. Then maybe an hour of porting time.

These wont compare in any way to a out of the box FAST intake that you can probably pick up for $500 used.

well good luck on finding a $500 fast intake......the guy who doing the porting the intake run 10 second camaro with a LS2 intake and 241 highly ported and and i check the numbers and time slips so......i'm given him a chance. i'm not going drag racing but i will hit the street.

how much he charged you to port the ls2 intake?
And what kind of throttle bodie you have to match?

he charging me about 200 and i have to fix his a/c system........he wants me to buy a 90 mm aftermarket T.B.
