I think he is talking about the TF 215's.

For the chromoly retainer heads $1995.95. Ti retainer heads are $2195.95.

The spring pockets are 1.480" and can be opened up to handle a 1.550" spring but you can not go deeper on the pockets.

Perhaps may I suggest that you make a small writeup on where and when do you recommend those heads (application, cam range, rpm, complementing mods etc..)
Why them over the 215s, why them over stock casting ?etc....

OK my cam runs 595"-598" lift that falls below the 600" max but is quite close. Is this safe or would I need upgraded springs?

205cc head vs a 220cc head.


those numbers are close to the same with the AFR 205cc heads.

bigger port. bigger port flows more air which = higher cfm/flow numbers

you lose velocity though. so unless you have the cubic inches or forced induction to push that much air through a bigger port, your going to give up low end power.
