396 stroker

is there anywhere where theres detailed instructions on how to install a 396 stoker? i might do this for a winter project but need instuctions. pro's and cons for a 396 over a 382. will they pass emisions?

A 396ci or a a 382ci can pass emissions with the right combo.

Some cams won't pass emissions because they have too much overlap.
