Well it was actually the # 7 rod. I'm thinking the thicker ROTELLA oil may have been an issue. Or me leaving it in for about 3,500 miles, was the cause. I'll admit I did leave it in a longer then I was told to. I was told by many forced induction guys to run the ROTELLA but to change it out every two thousand miles or less. And since I just moved here to Washington, where it's much dryer, and alot hotter. I know I should have changed it much sooner. The motor will be done tomorrow. Man, I cant wait. I'm driving a 32 yr old International Scout. Far cry from my Vette, or the TA.
