Default heads

soon putting in a 228r cam in the t/a. with supporting mods- roller rockers, springs, pushrods, and what-not. my question, im looking to make about 400-425 useable rwhp. should i stick with the stock heads and have them milled and polished? or if i should get new heads should i go with ls6 head or i was also looking at the 5.3l heads. im still new to the heads area of modding. getting my engine rebuilt and doing a cam swap at the least. trying to figure out what to do about the heads

well ill put it this way. i owe 7000 on the car. so its not going anywhere for a long time. and ive always wanted to put a cam and heads on so now that i need a rebuild i figure now is the best time. money shouldnt be too much of an issue. i figure a new engine would probly cost me around 5000 or so with shipping and i have not the time or space to put it in myself so id have to pay for it to be put in. i figure i could probly get my bottom end rebuilt and have a nice heads and cam kit put on when putting it back together for about the same price.
