Popping, missfire, etc

ok, after we finally got the SS running after the last year of issues, number 5 or 7 cylinder is firing but im getting a popping misfire type thing. its got fuel, its got spark, so next up is a compression test i guess. any ideas? we added an OZ700 clutch and FAST 92 w/ a PTM 95.

my car is acting the exact same way, im blowing smoke out of the crankcase so im thinking i have a busted piston ring, I hope you have better luck than me .

if you think ts a ring, do a compression test.
